First shaken in the 80's, legend has it that the Espresso Martini was created when a ‘famous model' (supposedly Kate Moss) asked for a cocktail that would “Wake me up then f*ck me up”. Whether or not you believe that, there's no question that on that night a true classic was born. In this section you'll find exciting twists on the Espresso Martini, along with other coffee cocktails we've experimented with. Always made with freshly brewed Blue Hour coffee and all available decaf - just ask.

This iconic cocktail, which originated in the 19th century in the town of Daiquiri, Cuba, gained fame in renowned bars such as Bar Floridita, where it was savoured by Ernest Hemingway (in the form of the Papa Doble) and The Daiquiri Lounge in Washington, D.C. Always featuring a delightful blend of rum, lime, and sugar, the Daiquiri is presented here in its classic form alongside some innovative variations on this beloved Caribbean drink.

Old Fashioned

What began in early 1800's as simply the ‘Whiskey Cocktail', this hangover remedy quickly became popular among bartenders, who experimented with different flavours and created more and more variations and recipes. Some drinkers, however, wanted to enjoy the original version - they would order it the ‘Old Fashioned' way, giving name to this timeless classic.
